I want to know what the main mobile service companies charge for a

1. Phone call to another mobile on same network
2. Phone call to another mobile on a different network

As above but for texting.

I don't want any free texts or phone calls with minimum monthly top ups etc. I just want to be able to find the cheapest option for a basic mobile phone user.

I think xnet calling is the cheapest of all PAYG networks and if you know someone else on easymobile, your credit will go a LONG way. There is no minimum topup, however there are low usage charges that you should be aware of. Read before you buy!
