Martin - if you're reading this, I'll buy the book for at least one friend/family member this Christmas. That way, I don't feel so guilty, you get more books sold, and I don't have to think of Christmas ideas

That's a bit harsh! Ok so some of it might not appeal to all but it's essentially about being consumer savvy. There are some good lessons to be learnt and its not all about the current rate of xxx savings account. For example retail marketing, reading between the lines, haggling whether its buying a car or a toaster etc. Some of it common sense but its still a good read besides the book often refers to the site for updated info. Take from the book what you want...

As for LewisC, I'd at least offer to cover the postage, seems only fair and that's very nice of Annando.

I cannot publically condone book swopping as it won't help future deals with my publishers and I don't officially encourage it. Yet as we are in the DFW board.... however as pennance you have to tell at least 10 people about the site!

Martin, I tell everyone about this site! Every single friend I have knows about it, I even go as far as telling the dog owners of the dogs I take care of! (They must think I'm totally bonkers!), worse still, if people start talking to me in the park while walking said dogs I still mention this site...

I'm going to London on thursday, I might be able to harass a dozen of people in the train into joining the mail list :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Don't worry, I've probably already told 100 people about the site, and I'll definitely buy copies of the book for family and friends this Christmas - how about that?
