The command box is unlike most applications in that standard CTRL-C doesn't work. You need to click the top left c:\ icon and select Mark. Then you highlight the text using the mouse and press Enter. That puts it in the clipboard and you can paste it into a notepad text document. You could also do it by redirecting the command output to a text file...

C:\Documents and Settings\Mark>ipconfig /all > c:\result.txt

etc. etc.

The Sitefinder has an abysmal interface. You need to locate the 3 cell nearest your home. Clicking the blue triangles gives the operator and their reference number for the cell. It isn't really that important as just giving 3 your postcode should be enough but if you quote their specific cell reference they may think you actually know what you are talking about

Don't forget to tell them it works fine at a different location if they try blaming your machine again and that it was working OK at your place a couple of weeks back. I really don't see how they can argue that they don't have a fault.
