Hi i purchased an upgrade at an orange store,a blackberry bundle,on reflection the phones too complicated and i wont use it to full potential.How do i take it back as i heard they dont accept returns on upgrades.

It's nothing to do with upgrades. If you purchase in store you do not have the 7 days cooling off period that you get buying online or by phone (distance selling regs). I'm afraid you're stuck with it.
Remember, the phone is now secondhand and lost has lost a large chunk of it's value, so they won't take it back.

Ebay is worth trying as you will probably get more than palces like mazuma etc

Good news the phone was faulty so they had to take it back and cancel the bundle:j
