Freesat in Apartment Block

Hi, wondering if anyone can clarify the following for me. I have very little technical understanding, so bear with me please!

I live in a modern apartment block which had a communal dish already installed when we moved in. There were also four aerial points in the living room (SAT1, SAT2, TV and FM/DAB). When we moved in we took a subscription with Sky and they gave us a box and installed everything. We still subscribe to Sky (about £20 a month inc broadband) but i really dont watch much, and have decided i would rather save £240 a year!

The TV is a fairly old analogue thing which doesnt receive freeview.

Am i right in thinking that if i cancel my Sky package, i still get to keep the box and viewing card and still get all the channels listed here? http://www.freesat.co.uk/index.php?page=whatson.Main

If so, that looks fine to me! :)
