You have no choice really. :(

The van can't be driven as it's full of unleaded fuel that has to be drained. If you drive it you're going to cause a grand's worth of damage or something.

The fuel has to be drained out and that's going to cost money.

It's about a 70 litre tank, not 50 like most cars, so if you can drain as much as possible, by disconnecting the fuel line, you could always re fill it with diesel.
Bosch pump, so it will survive better, what year is it, and in it mechanical injection or common rail?

It's too much to try diluting it. You're going to knacker the engine.

    That's a subjective question I'm afraid.
I just stripped the carb on my daughters mini to get the dirt out, and I have diff seal to do with her later this month, and I'd class that as easy as well.
I'd say somewhere on the fuel filter would be the best place, but I don't know the engine.

Has it not got a drain plug on the bottom of the tank ?( long shot, but you never know).
If the pipe pickup goes in to the top of the tank, you'll have to 'suck' the fuel out, as you wont be able to gravity feed it out ..........
