housing benefit and house reposession

hi
how many month does the £1300 equate to in mortgage repayments?
-you need to go to Citizens Advice, get them to negotiate minimum payments with the unsecured creditor.
-do you claim WORKING tax credits - if so this may effect you ability to claim mortgage interest relief payments?
-approach the DWP ask for an MI12 form, complete & post onto your mortgage company, this will begin the application process for you.
-approach your mortgage company, requesting interest only payments for 6 months, this will give you the time to address the arrears on your account as well as meet the monthly payments. after 6 monthly payments have been made on time & in full, they may well capitalise the remainder of the arrears for you.
-from instructing solicitors it takes 4-6 weeks to get a hearing date. you MUST attend and put your
circumstances and proposals to the judge. the payments should then be set under a court order, as long as you make these no further action will be taken. however if you dont keep up the payments then they can enforce the order and apply for an eviction date which usually takes around 6 weeks.
hope this helps0 -

There is no need for that attitude, DMG was just pointing it out that it would be easier to read and get better responses.
We are not mind readers, saying its your disability that makes you write without punctuation how are we meant to know that off the top of our heads? your not the only person with disabilities. Is a Bipolar bear

It is pathetic beyond means, when someone comes on to a forum such as this, to ask for help..and is ridiculed for his lack of punctuation. This is an internet forum not an english class! The original post is absolutely easy to read - unless you are blind! Certain people seem to have nothing at all to do with their lives other than start pathetic crap on these forums. If you have nothing constructive or any help to add - then don't bother posting - Please get yourself a life...and
jonny boy i will PM youWith love, POSR

At least one person who has been good enough to offer help is partially sighted (and there may well be others) so your comment is in particularly bad taste.
Nobody ridiculed the OP; it was simply suggested that he might get a better response if his post was easier to read. It's an insult to the people you're asking for help to take so little trouble with a post.0 -

hey thanks alot,it seems most people on here are more interested in telling people if they dont have the typing skills of certain people and the weird thing is they enjoy doing it,never mind thats how some people are...thanks for your help much appreciated,i hope thats typed ok for you all0 -
one of the contributors to this thread is blind (or not a kick in the bum off it).
I have learning difficulties, I found the OPs post hard to read and I can't comprehend it. I'm sure I would have been able to offer help if I could read it, being an ex CAB volunteer but I can't. It wouldn't kill the OP to use a spell checker surely?
ETA sounds daft but my spell checker tells you if your sentences are too long.0 -

right i am in arrears of my mortgage and secured loan currently at about £1300 for mortgage and £1000 for secured loan,i have been paying as much as i can and it has come to the point were we physically cant afford to anymore,it starts basically as i was made disabled 2 years ago and claim low rate on both parts DLA,since then my partner has worked to support our family bless her:o,we have 3 kids and also claim tax credits at £223 per week as well as my partners wages at £800 per month, now we also have unsecured debts which i am currently on a DMP for but this is were my question begins,if my house gets repossesed how long does the process take and am i right in thinking we cannot get housing benefit on a new rented house until the house has been repossessed and i am no longer the owner on the land registry,i have rang the council and they said we will get some help towards rent at the new rented house so its just a queston of the whole housing benefit process,i would really appreciate advice thanks jonny
well all i can say is if people cant read this then we might aswell all give up right now,is it that hard to understand,i have even wrote it in english....PLEASE THANKS TO THOSE WHO GENUINELY TRIED TO HELP I WILL TAKE MY QUESTON TO ANOTHER FORUM....GOD HELP US ALL0
