Cheapest provider to send texts abroad from UK

I know Lebara and LycaMobile and similar providers do cheap calls abroad, but what is the provider that offers the cheapest rate to send texts from the UK internationally (not Europe)?
Of the four main providers, o2 does 12p per text under their ITS scheme. Would anyone know of anything cheaper?
