Screen Lock on Samsung Galaxy Apollo??

I got this phone yesterday and ive been trying to find where i can stop the screen Locking when i dont use it for a while.

I know there is a Screen time out which i have set to go off after a min but when i go back into the phone i have to move the screen downwards to unlock the screen.

Does anyone know where i can turn it off and on?
