    I don't expect apple to replace it for free...

    I only went into the shop as thats what the man on the phone told me to do... why I don't know? as it was a waste of time... When I went in the shop I explained to the man what had happened and told him we had rang apple up and they had told us to bring it in and show them... we are getting the back fixed through insurance. my complaint is the way they spoke to OH and also for them generally wasting our time.

  • Actually in America some of the stores over their DID replace smashed iPhone 4 backs.

    I think it's more a case of "Another person trying to blame Apple for something that isn't their fault", but we're each entitled to our opinion.
