Seatwave does a pretty good job at providing a ticket exchange, although the commission plus insurance charges are quite high. I recently went to the V festival and was quite impressed, however, in a bid to bring down the high costs I went for a topcashback 10% offer. After 21 successful claims through this TCB, this was the first experience of a declined payment from any merchant. It was then I tried seatwave's customer service. The rationale given switched from 'another media channel benefitted' to 'you used a promotion' (both untrue). On this evidence I would expect issues if anything went wrong with a sale and I would only use them if there are no other options at all.
