Nothing, but if you want to check your file you're going to have to enter it.

wont i be charged after 30 days if i dont enter the pin?

Probably. You'd have to check the terms. If you've signed up I expect you will, so if you're not going to bother entering the PIN, call them up and cancel.

im not sure what to do now, i really dont want my creditors knowing where i live presently, even though im on the electoral register where i live at the moment.

is it common for debt collectors to wait around for nearly 2 hours? or is that more like a baliff?

If you have debt, you need to pay it.

i understand that, but its a bit difficult at the moment with having no job, so i could do without the creditors chasing me at the moment

Problem is, if you're on the electoral role at your current address, it won't be long before they find you and start sending letters.

The longer you hide the harder and the worse it is. I would consider speaking to them and explaining your situation. Not all companies are animals you know.

    Good luck

Right there's something here not being said...

Is your problem that you don't want anyone to know where you live? Or more like that you reckon baliffs-will-come-and-take everything-I-own-and-I'll-be-houded-night-and-day-for-all-eternity-untill-I-have-a-nervous-breakdown-and-my-wife-leaves-me-and-I-have-to-give-up-my-job-and-the-kids-will-never-speak-to-me-again-and arrgghhhhhidontevenknowanymoreimjusttooscaredtothink... ?

Coz if it's the former, righteo, you have a right to be weird.

If it's the latter we could help you deal with your debt issues so none of the above happens and you get out of the trouble you're in without anything dreadful or that you don't want happening. If you want to live a life that isn't dominated by the stomach churning terror of baliff-phobia then step one is you need to know how much you owe, to whom and in what stage the debt is.
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(

i want to sort my debt issues out, i just dont want to be hounded by baliffs/debt collectors etc, i wanted to go bankrupt last year as i couldnt afford to pay them back, i didnt in the end as i didnt have the momey spare to do it, and i also wasnt sure whether it was the right decission, im not sure of the amount i owe i imagine its in the region of 16k on credit cards and over drafts and 1 cataloge

edit, all my debts seem to have been sold on to varius debt collection agencies
