3G P&G for iPhone for use in Europe?

I'm off to Belgium next week (for a week) and want to use my iPhone while there.

I mainly need it for Internet access. It is currently on an o2 p&g tariff and it looks like it would cost £6 per Mb for data.
What's the cheapest way of doing this?

Is it possible to get hold of a Belgium P&G card etc?
