It took me weeks because atlantic kept losing my details and i had to send 2 new forms. They are cheaper, but since then I've found that although they promised 1 months refund of the direct debit every year, I've had to chase it, it's not automatic. Also, they increased the monthly dd payment, but only refunded me the lower payment which was £20 less. Couldn't find out in the terms and conditions where I stood on that one.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
