Password protected 2 excel files and can't remember password

Hi I'm using Excel 2007 and I can't open the spreadsheet - password protected the spreadsheet.
In that case I cant help, sorry. The method I'm thinking of relies on you being able to open the spreadsheet - its more useful for removing protection really.0
