This is a thread for Premier Parking Solutions Ltd is it not? I can understand pointing those referencing Premier Parking Logistics to start a new thread but Loralu is talking about PPS?

I have received a PCN from PPS and am not sure what to do. All that has happened is that the ticket must have flipped over. I have appealed to PPS and been declined. I sent a scan of the ticket showing the same serial number on the front of a valid ticket, as they have photographed from the back. They have just said the sign says the ticket must be face up, so have declined the appeal.

I see lots of "just ignore it" posts but this doesn't seem like a sensible thing to do. As per Loralu, I don't want to keep ignoring until a court order arrives!!

I hate to do it but I am tempted to just pay the £45 (half the £90 fine) and have done with it.

    Dear Mr Taylor

Could you please tell me why is there no Phone number to speak to a Human Being both at Ringo or yourself ?

Secondly I tried to rectify this on the day in question , as I said I rang the number on the ticket machine yours ! no one to speak to , and I Rang the Ringo Number to, I also rang Plymouth Police and also Plymouth Council to see if they had a Number I could reach you on but alas no.?

The mistake was made on Ringo there is no way to rectify this ( No one to Speak to it just debited my Credit Card ) it even said the “recorded message” you cant have any more time until the parking has ran out, so if you make a mistake it’s impossible to put this right.

And one other thing the photo you sent of the ticket machine (PDF Document) is different to the one I took on the day it has no Cardboard covering the Defective Machine and no date stamp ??? yet the picture of my car M33 JNG has ? the photo I took and sent to you earlier has the cardboard on it?

So I’ve sent it again in the attachments

.jpg (Joint Pictures Expert Group ) are all date stamped and if taken with mobile phone it will give you the exact time and the GPS Location

    Best Regards

    Mr John Nicholas Gill MCSA

Did you mean to post on this unrelated (mainly 2010 - 2013) archive thread?

This one is so old it pre-dates the law change (POFA 2012) and the Beavis case (2015) and not a single person in the World should ever have cause to read this ancient thread.

The only reason it isn't locked is due to someone replying in 2017.

No replies please, let the dead thread die again.

@OP, you might also want to remove or obscure your VRM that you left visible in the post.
