Missing Apps???

I have got the Samung Galaxy Apollo l5801 mobile on Android today and it tells me that it has 2.1 on it but when i go into Market Place some of the Apps i have on my last Android are not there.

They are

National Rail App

Radio Time App.

Have they been taken off Market Place?

How can I get them back as they are both paid for Apps.

Both are showing on my Android Market....... not a scooby why they are not on yours sorry.

They're both showing on appbrain.com Can you not download them to your pc and then move them over?

Have you got a usb cable? Have you got Astro file manager? If so, you can see which folder the apps go into and you can just drag them over.

Just had another thought. Can you not download them direct from appbrain through the phone's browser? Just go to appbrain on the internet on your phone and get them direct?

So do i go to Appbrain website on my phone then just download them?

Ive just tried it and it takes me to Market place and says its not found.

Sorry, I have no idea why that happens. My Desire is on 2.1 still and the Appbrain website gives me two choices, Install or Download directly from Android Market.

apps dont show if not compatible with the phone as per google. same reason why some apps were not initially visible for the desire on the market initially till google cleared apps like google earth for the desire.

or was your phone sourced from abroad. some phones that have originated abroad due to some software issues dont show all apps in other regions. same reason why htc desire sourced from abroad does not show all apps on the market in other countries. loads of similar posts on the net about this issue.
