Stuck In contract
Hi everyone
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get out of a mobile phone contract early? I have taken out a new contract with vodafone and I'm now regretting it as I don't feel it is good value for money. Truth be told I rushed into it.
I have had some major issues with vodafone in the past (bad customer services). Is there anyway of getting out of a contract?
thanks

Welcome to the forum.
There are a myriad of threads similar to yours already posted. If you want to get a quick reply, just read a few and see what has already been said.
But, in a nutshell, you agreed a contract. You will need to either complete it or buy it out. By buying it out, you may get a small discount but you will save the VAT.
There is no other "silver bullet" or "golden key" and you need to live with the consequences of your actions.0 -

You say 'new' contract, how new? If you bought on-line or over the phone then you will have a cooling off period, if from a shop then you probably won't.I've given up trying to get my signature to work with the new rules, if nobody knows what the rules are what hope do we have?0 -
