The above would only be the case if the inspection chambers and line before the tank were overflowing and not the tank itself as indicated at the top of this thread, if the tank was overflowing from the inspection chamber on the tank as indicated, this is due to lack of maintenance or a faulty system i.e water ingress or clogged soak away system (due to lack of maintenance) some customers think that there tanks never need emptying and that they will be ok,
