I want to leave Vodafone

I have tried calling vodafone to cancel my contract and get a PAC code to keep my number, they say I must send an email and that the email address is on their website, but I can't see a cancellation email address anywhere.

It took me ages to speak to a human being so I don't want to ring again if I can help it, does anyone have the email address by any chance?

Not surprised you want to leave - Voda are USELESS!!!

Here's a link to their e-mail form (clicky). They say on their website that "Getting a PAC code does not end your contract - you will also need to give us notice to end your contract."

getting a pac code wont end it, using it SHOULD (you'll probably have to pay your termination costs of course)

wont go into why but if done properly after the transfer date, the number should have no intervention with the donor network (the old network)
