hey not sure who asked. (on emmsy's temp thread) but I received my vertbaudet package today and it's all beautiful and great quality, considering the discounts available at the mo I'd say well worth a go! x

    Thank you Krystal.

Can i ask you ladies are any of you under physio for SPD i'm suffering terribley this time around but the therapy doesnt seem to be helping at all. Any real life tips that could be of help would be appreciated.

Sorry can't answer that as I haven't needed it (yet), but there are some ladies on here who go to the physio. My friend at work was going but I'm not sure if she still goes, she is on crutches now! :(

My midwife just referred me to physio but I haven't had an appointment through yet...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

been to see my itchy scratchy consultant today who (once i'd talked him out of hospitalising me) wants to sign me off work until it clears up (we could be talking a couple of months we could be talkig the next 5 months!!). gotta go back to a day clinic on tuesday so i can be 'observed' over a period of time and may have to go back every couple of days :(. am on 10 anticbiotic tablets a day for next week in the meantime.

    Hey PC :D

Chicky I agree I know my memory is not the same when I'm pregnant!

Chicky I really feel for you, can't imagine what it must be like. At least they sound like they're taking it seriously. That's a lot of meds to be taking, hope it works for you.
