Can i ask you ladies are any of you under physio for SPD i'm suffering terribley this time around but the therapy doesnt seem to be helping at all. Any real life tips that could be of help would be appreciated.
Sorry can't answer that as I haven't needed it (yet), but there are some ladies on here who go to the physio. My friend at work was going but I'm not sure if she still goes, she is on crutches now!"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. My midwife just referred me to physio but I haven't had an appointment through yet...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Hey PC
Chicky I agree I know my memory is not the same when I'm pregnant!
Chicky I really feel for you, can't imagine what it must be like. At least they sound like they're taking it seriously. That's a lot of meds to be taking, hope it works for you."That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0
