I think the photos are a really good idea!
Also you could phone a friend - especially if there's someone you don't get a chance to speak to often, last chance to have a nice uninterrupted phone call
Hang out near the maternity unit and watch people bring their babies out, so cute (note I was visiting someone near the maternity ward and noticed this by accident, am not a new mum stalker).
Are their any series you've not seen that you can borrow from someone, pref something really good so it starts labour in a typical just as you get to a good bit way? I have 24 seasons 1 to 4 that I've not seen which I'm planning to watch once I start my maternity, I won't want babs to come. I could recommend glee if you've not seen it, or the inbetweeners (all on iplayer), I didn't think I'd like either but both very entertaining!!
Hugs to all pg ladies with no home by the way!! Xx0 -
oooh...Coupling...series 4..watch it on youtube...very funny0

I'm 12 days overdue today, and also getting BORED!
Get pen and paper, and write yourself a list of tasks to do, even if they're really silly and small, then when you've done them, tick them off, and you'll find you have a sense of achievement!
Try and keep on your feet as much as possibly to encourage baby out!
And don't forget it's now 10am - time for that naff program that is Homes Under The Hammer!!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Awww emsy. Sick how? Cold like?
I had my 28 week appointment yesterday. Spoke to midwife about hips, she doesn't think it's anything unusual given my symptoms are when I'm getting up, rolling over etc. She's advised me to try and keep my legs together as much as poss. So I have to tell the guys I walk to town with at lunch to slow right down.
I got a Winnie the pooh moses basket, changing mat and muslins worth £88, for £40 of clubcard vouchers. Very chuffed with that. It actually came to £79.89 and despite the website saying you have to use OVER the amount, it accepted the £80 of vouchers. I'd much rather lose out on 11p than have to buy something I don't need for a fiver. It's also tracked on quidco too :money:
My next 'freebie' is another £10 debenhams gift voucher from a survey site. I'm holding out for the possible 25% sale next week. If it's on, I'm getting the bunny sleepsuits (to match the vests I got with the £5 vouchers).Baby Giz born 6/2/110 -

Jammy with the Tesco stuff........I was 2p under and it didn't accept it, so had to just find the cheapest thing to tip it over!!
And sick as in about to throw up0 -
Ooh Emsy maybe it is the start of things... I hope so
That reminds me, we need to sort out our tesco vouchers, think we're going to change them for hotel vouchers for hols next year before babs arrives.
Giz, impressed with the £10 from the survey site - I think I will have to get into this when I have bubs (is that something you could do Emsy?) Was also thinking about mystery shopping, but not sure if that would affect my maternity pay (OT I know, sorry!).0 -

I used to mystery shop too. I did ask if anyone would know how it would affect SMP. As it is work, and I'm sure it says something like you're only allowed to work 10 days in the maternity leave.
Ooh Emsy - maybe this is it thenBaby Giz born 6/2/110 -
