Take a look at the posts, first he says muller didn't reply to him, then he says they did and are sending a container for him to return the product.
He says he contacted muller and tesco, but got no reply, then says the environmental services are they are going to be in touch. Two things about that, 1 he has done what needs to be done, so doesn't need advice and 2. who in the UK contacts "the environmental services"?
If you have contacted them, you know they are not "the environmental services".
It's a bit like someone posting that they got burgled, so they phoned the law enforcement agency. You just wouldn't say that, you'd say you phoned the police, unless you are not in this country and don't know any better.
Yes take a look at the posts 4 hours between them in which i was contacted by Muller and Tesco , No i haven,t anything against Muller or any other firm i merely came on here for some genuine advice something that it appears is beyond some of you without resorting to insults .
Many thanks to those of you who did advise and to the rest of you sad numpty,s who bravely behind their keyboard type insults and negative comment,s carry on what you are doing because its people like you who will ruin this great site .
For those who are intrested an officer fron the local council is contacting me tomorrow to look at the yoghurt .0 -
