God some people really are nasty. He's not asking you to believe him, he is looking for advice. Aren't we all meant to be nice to each other on here? To get back on subject I would defo get in touch with enviromental health, especially as these yoghurts are aimed at little ones.If you always do what you've always done...

You've got to wonder why the OP came to this board to post that, I'm sure there are better places to ask the question.0 -

God some people really are nasty. He's not asking you to believe him, he is looking for advice.
But why did he come here for advice? This board is not the place for it, and if you search the internet for advice about what to do if you find foreign objects in your food this board doesn't come close to suiting your needs.
It sounds more like the Op has something against the company and is here to put us off buy it's products.0 -
Why not come here for advice? He isn't hurting anyone. I will still buy these yoghurts for my kids, and I'm sure it doesn't affect you personally. I just don't get why you have to leave these replies for people, all it does is put others off from posting and gives the site a bad name. I don't know whether what he is saying is true, but that's not for us to decide is it?If you always do what you've always done...

I bet he's asking himself the same question. I don't understand why, if people have no advice for an op they don't just go on to the next post, instead of botheriing posting replies like some of the above.
To weed out the people who are just posting because they have something against a company, rather than a genuine complaint.
Take a look at the posts, first he says muller didn't reply to him, then he says they did and are sending a container for him to return the product.
He says he contacted muller and tesco, but got no reply, then says the environmental services are they are going to be in touch. Two things about that, 1 he has done what needs to be done, so doesn't need advice and 2. who in the UK contacts "the environmental services"?
If you have contacted them, you know they are not "the environmental services".
It's a bit like someone posting that they got burgled, so they phoned the law enforcement agency. You just wouldn't say that, you'd say you phoned the police, unless you are not in this country and don't know any better.0 -

What are you?
A user of this forum who loves it and will do anything to prevent the other users from being conned, ripped off or otherwise being mis-led.A board guide?
No,I am not a board guide.Surely that is their job, not yours,
Well I don't know if it is a board guide's job to sort out the genuine posts from the spam, but I believe that it is ever users responsibility to speak up if they think a post isn't right. If we don't do that then we'll get all manner of people coming in here and telling us lies.and I'm sure they would do it in a much less offensive way.
I wasn't offensive, I spoke the truth, nothing more and nothing less. The only reason you are saying I was offensive is because you have now realised that you were wrong to support the op, and now are trying to make me look bad by calling my post offensive.
If you really do think my post was offensive, please explain why you think what I said was offensive.0 -
I don't think I was wrong to support the op. As I said, I don't know if he is telling the truth or not, but even if he isn't why get so bothered? What exactly is going to happen from his post that is going to affect all us other mse's? And no, I certainly am not trying to make you look bad, I really wouldn't waste my time, believe me. I really can't be bothered arguing with you anymore, I have a life and I want to go and get on with it. You asked what you posted that was nasty, asking why the op bothered posting on here was nice was it?If you always do what you've always done...

Having read this thread and many similar ones I can only only think that as it school holidays a lot of regular posters have left their PCs while still logged in and bored kiddies have realised this and are now having a laugh at our expense !
Grow up or go to bed and amuse yourselves !
