  • I take it that you have kept the plaster, the yogurt and the packaging? If I were you I would call my local council, Environmental Health Department as they are the ones who should be able to get a response from the retailer/and or/ manufacturer.

Any diseases that the blood may have contained would be long dead. Doesn't make it better I know, but don't stress about catching anything, you won't

Go to Environmental Health if you want a prosecution (to save the rest of us in the future), or back to Tesco if you want money (they'll try and blag you, but will ultimately pay dearly to get the evidence off you).

Uhmmm ! Having been a maintenance engineer in a plant making/packing Yoghurt, I find this an extremely unlikely event.

The manufacturing and packing process is completely automated - and is quite literally "untouched by human hand". The milk is delivered in bulk, made into yoghurt in bulk, filtered at numerous stages. It is piped to the packing machine which is also fed with a roll of plastic, a roll of tinfoil and a roll of paper (and a range of fruits) - the pots are made, filled, sealed and labelled inside the machine.

The chance of a foreign object getting inside this process is..................very, very, very small

It may be a small chance of it happening but it has and i have still got the evidence to prove it ,so explain that or are you saying it has been added somewhere else ,even though the seal was intact,.
perhaps it was an engineer like yourself who injured himself whilst working on the production line,or is that an extremely unlikely event also .
i have since contacted Muller who are sending a container to send it back to them ,i have also contacted the envoironmental services and are going to be in touch also.

P.S I would be inclined to call council rather than send plaster back to Muller, your evidence is gone then. Good luck
