I'm lost, there is a small metal clip with instructions and diagram to show to insert the sim card there - says insert sim when I do. There is no where else to hold the sim card in place under the battery.

New question, do I need to register the phone to get the £10 credit. If so which of the numbers do I phone to register?

My quidco tracked virtually straight away, but I haven't had a confirmatory email, so haven't got the order no to check my order status on their site. Haven't heard anything from the credit card people - do I just assume it's on its way?

Ordered my phone yesterday at 9.30am, it arrived at 7.30 this morning, TCB tracked today. Just waiting for credit to be added and, hopefully, receive cashback

Looks like you can also go through topcashback to tmobile and get nokia 1616 for 7.99 with £10 cashback but no credit. Can someone check that I haven't missed anything here or made any stupid mistake please.

I received my phone this afternoon, the TCB tracked within an hour of buying it.

I also got the call from my cc provider about the transaction, but it didn't affect the tracking.

However, when I dial 453 for the balance, it's saying the balance is 1p instead of £10!

My balance is 1p too, others have said to give it a couple of days for the credit to go on.
