Ok not allowed to post link so If you go to T-Mobile Euro Booster you will see the deal. Added some detail below not sure how well it will show up.
Its probably as good as I have found. I think Virgin also have a similar deal but didnt check that out.

That T-mobile deal is certainly cheaper than normal roaming... but it's still quite expensive (except for the monthly option, which is pretty good if your data requirements are modest). It's often cheaper to buy a SIM card for each country you're visiting - e.g. for Spain, Yoigo offers internet access up to 100MB for €3/day.
