No customer service from mobiles.co.uk
Options
I bought a cheap PAYG LG phone from Mobiles.co.uk. I paid a mandatory £10 for a t-mobile topup.
The phones was delivered on 30th July and was immediately registered on the t-mobile website.
The topup has not been applied.
I have emailed mobiles.co.uk three times - twice to customer services once to order processing - dates from 8th august to 13th. august.
Apart from computer-generated replies I have had no response from this company.
AND NO TOPUP.
I gather from other threads that a representative of mobiles.co.uk watches the MSE threads.
If so - PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

The top up should automatically activate, this is typically on the 8th day of purchase.

hi rep, ive tried twice to email my bills but dont get a confirmtion email. if i email about something else, i get a confirmation email straightaway. I hope this is not a delay tactic to ensure that my window for claim exceeds.

I don't think you are reading the posts in any details, rather it seems you are just going through motions here ...The OP clearly stated that the phone was delivered on the 30th Jul and registered that day too !
Its now the 16th Aug which means the 8 days elapsed 9 Days ago there is no IF about it :rotfl:It's not just about the money0
