I agree that the staff probably could have acted better, but to say Starbucks are evil is a bit of an exaggeration!
I guess so.0 -
Your obviously not that intollerant as you keep going back. If it was that much of an issue you would have done some research and found out that Cocoa and decaff do contain caffeine.
Peter Sutcliff, Fred west they are evil. Starbucks just made a mistake the first time the second visit was just because you were a little clueless about cocoa
I've only ever been into a Starbucks twice in my entire life. The second time was because I didn't want to be stood outside the shop being bored whilst my friends were inside for sometime.
Also, I was clueless about cocoa. Now that I know, I won't get cocoa based products.0 -

There are six sources of caffeine in nature Tea leaves, Coffee beans, Guarana (the Amazonian soapberry), Matê (also known as Brazilian tea), Cola nuts and Cocoa beans.
And please stop being such a drama queen Starbucks are evil, who are you a G8 protestor
I never knew this information till now, and what is G8?

I've never heard of Caffeine free coca-cola and Pepsi. Oh my, now that's something I didn't know. Decaff has caffeine in it, but in small amounts. No wonder I've been feeling ill each day when I have like 7 cups of coffee. I'll have to see if I can get caffeine free coffee. Surely my local Tesco has some. They have a wide range of coffees taking up nearly half an aisle.
Why don't you just drink something different? Surely you can get by without having coffee.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -
I agree Starbucks is evil.
Once, I got a cold drink and sat outside and it rained.

I'm sick of shops who fail to properly cater to all their potential customers. I visited my local butchers the other day and was disgusted to find that they offered no vegetarian alternative and only sold meat. As a vegetarian myself, I find this deeply offensive. Who can I complain to?0

Escalate and complain to Fred Brisket CEO of local Butchers at Fred.Brisket@localbutchers.co.uk
Good luck and hope this helps.

I know what you mean! I bought a Scotch pie in a butchers shop and to my surprise there was absolutely no Scotch in it....just meaty bits...of 'meat'! Don't get me started about Scotch eggs either!0
