Hi,
About 2 weeks ago I ordered a mobile contract with 3 mobile via the Top Cashback website. The order was placed and accepted which meant I would have been due £100 cashback for the contract I ordered. Today I have been notified by Top Cashback that I am not eligible for the cashback and it has been marked as zero on my account. Has anyone else had a problem with this happening? I am quite unhappy that 3 and Top cashback have done this as it was one of the things that attracted me to ordering this contract.
Any advice what I can do?

Yes, A LOT of people have had their cashback declined or reset to zero with '3' through TopCashBack. I submitted an enquiry about 3 months ago, but going on my previous experience with TCB I expect it to just sit there for a year or so.
I've decided to stop using TCB because I've had about half a dozen transactions simply not show, or been wrong etc. I've only ever had one query with Quidco in five years and that was sorted very quickly. I think that the £5 annual subscription probably allows Quidco to provide a more efficient, more reliable and all round better service.
I think there's a thread somewhere on the forum about '3' and TCB...0
