and enter the code TIPO in the promo code box - it then links to Purple Business site where you re-enter your dates and times, leaving TIPO in the source code box - and reduces the price by 50%!!

Sorry to appear so dim, there is no promo code box that I can find!
Once I put Heathrow in I get the dates option (no box) then I go to the prices (no box) then the payment details (no box) what am I doing wrong?

You're doing nothing wrong (sort of)

Purple parking changed their site a while back.

To use the "Source Code" ITT you have to go to

Purple Business parking

which is why Quidco most probably will not track as it's not the site they support

We've booked a hotel + parking the day before an evening flight before - gets us to the airport early to mid afternoon and then we know most of our journey to the airport is done and we can start to relax. Agree that sometimes the hotel + parking can be good value, at least worth looking into.
