Sim only payg with no monthly tie in?

Hi Folks,
I'm a bit out of tune with what's available with SIM only deals these days, but I'm after a SIM card only deal to go in the in-built phone in my car (I already have a mobile phone but the car does not support Bluetooth having a SIM Card Slot). All I want is a cheap SIM Card to make the odd call directly from the car. Most of the SIM Card deals I've seen involve having to commit to a monthly top-up, is there anything available where you just top up when the current credit runs low and your not tied in to any regular commitment? Thanks.

ASDA Mobile might be a good bet, Vodafone Network, 8p/min to call any network. No minimum monthly top up.0

The only thing they normally require you to do is make one chargeable action text/call every 6 months.
If you dont top every month all you do is lose any free/inclusive benefits eg texts/minutes.0
