You have a very supportive girlfriend; hope this works out for you.
Can i suggest you then both sit down together and work out your finances; all incomings and outgoings and work out how you can pay these debts off as quickly as possible? You definitely need to repay more than the minimum amount each month on the card that will still have interest being charged on it if you can't move all the debt to a 0% card. If you don't it will take forever to pay off.
