Anyone with Pipex? I understand they have been taken over by TalkTalk.
Recently the service has been very slow and im thinking of moving to another ISP.
If i want to leave how do i know if they will charge me the remaining months?

Search this forum to see how much trouble this lot will cause you. Their Indian call centers cost money to call and appear deliberatly ineffective.
Best advice I had was to Google the pipex code of practice and send complaint letters using it.
Daft as it may seem I am still with these cowboys because I can not find anything better in my area.0 -
Call them up. If you have been with them more than 12 months then you are probably out of contract and can move at any time. I did and haven't regretted it for a second.0
