3 porting deal has changed for worse

Old deal is still visible on there website i.e.

So I was a bit miffed when I phoned up only to be told that you now have to top up by £10 to get the free £10 & you have to wait a month to get it
I assume too many people where ordering free sim cards then porting them over ?
