Phone contract without 3 year history

I've been living in the UK since last year, and want to get a phone on contract (specifically, from Phones4You), but everywhere I've tried online have wanted a 3 year UK address history. Is there anyway to get past this? Thanks in advance for your advice.

most websites will refuse you a deal if you have been in the uk for less than 3y. i had the same problem a long time ago. but shops will bypass the requirement sometimes (like in my case), you might not get the best deals but you will get a contract phone that way. so try the high street shops, keep adequate address proof, passport, license, any utility bills, council tax bill etc and bank details for direct debit etc. best of luck. dial a phone etc has refused me contracts a long time ago, their loss and someone elses gain as other shops gave me contracts and i have not looked at dial a phone since

  • I seem to remember that O2 just want bank history in store so if you have a UK bank and have had that for more than 3 years, they may be a better bet.
