Yip he enjoyed his birthday thanks - haven't had time to eat his cake yet. Kids back at school on Thursday so it was the last Summer holiday teat as well. They had nearly 8weeks off this year so it will be nice to see them both back at school.

I have the best builder in the South East of England on the case...

I'd recommend the fella to anyone who needs a bloomin' decent honest builder to do work for them... :T
