need a bit of help please as im hopeless with techie stuff , i have a netbook that will not open clickable email links how do i sort this out , i use firefox which is also quite new to me but i like it , im sure its a simple case of the right settingsd but i havent got a clue , and if you try to help me step by step would be much appreciated xx

kit 34 - do you have an email program set up? - possibly if you have firefox then the email program might be Thunderbird.
Otherwise you would need to set it up to open your mail account in the browser which is a bit different...
If you can understand any of that let us know what you have ( and who your email account is with - but DO NOT post your email address here). It is blooming complicated for a beginner but I recently set up my niece's netbook so it can be done.

Having quiet day here, LO has been a pain and not slept more then an hour ALL DAY so is very tired and finally given in.

Just a quickie - I run a music website with one of my mates, and we sometimes run comps on there. If I posted them on the boards, would I be reported for "self promotion"? I'm not quite sure what that means but I've seen a few threads where someone's put "Reported for self promotion" as a reply and I don't want that to happen to me!

You can ask a board guide to see if they would post the comp for you.

If you look at the bottom of the main page it has the names of them there. If you then send them a private message they can advise you.

Ah. Ok, that's fair enough. The site won't be back in action until January anyway pretty much taken a mini-hiatus this year as it's been my first year of fatherhood. Plus my mate's girlfriend had a seizure recently so he's obviously been busy looking after her.

Well done Katie, I was lucky enough to get the game too. My dd wanted this for xmas so was over the moon. Sweetiepie also got two and has offered one to the OP who didnt manage to get one
