OMG skippy, lucky you were in to notice it!
My OH once turned the gas on, forgot to ignite it and walked away from the oven. I could smell the gas from upstairs, luckily the boiler never came on!

Morning all,

Another lovely morning after another wet night. Better that way round!

Know what you mean about new things korky - I even hate it when there is an update on windows or something and things suddenly look different. Had so many update things this morning I couldn't get doing any comps for half an hour!

DD having a friend over soon and DS going to football so should be a peaceful day - wonder if I could find something for DH to go to!

though was cold at earlier when went
for a little walk to fill up bird food feeders

haven't started entering comps either yet, hopefully
will be catching up soon though

DH says i'm useless at learning new techie

Hi all, this is my first post on here so be gentle:)
This may have been suggested already but just in case I thought it would be worth mentioning as there is such a terrific bunch of people on here (mostly...).
I spoke to my Macmillan nurse the other day about donating some new toys to the children's ward and she said why not contact Children's Outpatients as they often get forgotten.
I was going to give the box full of girls toys I won ages ago, but then thought heck I've got the XBox unopened and a Wii I never use so why not.
So, just a thought, if like me you sometimes win things you can't pass on to nieces or nephews or whatever why not spread the love.
