Hi everyone,
Hope you are feeling better today NNW. Hope everyone else is well too. DD insisting on going back to school, think she is about better so I will run her there. DS not well today! Used to think he never got anything but he was really serious with swine flu when it was going about last year.
Hope you are all lucky today - even those who won great prizes yesterday!!!!

:hello: Everyone,

Morning! Hope all is well,I am fine today,yesterday I went to my church and saw friends,wanted to use my mobile web on my Nokia 5800,it wouldnt let me into the shell of the phone,so I felt angry with it as I knew I had to phone Virgin Mobile again over it,but took to a phone shop I know and a customer strangly enough had left their phone the same model with same problem,Tried to ring Virgin at the shop but took ages to answer but thanked them,went home and composed a complaint to Virgin Mobile,I had lunch to calm down,then went online to see another flat rate call to Virgin instead of using 0845 I explained what happened and the man told me what I had to do,I came off the phone and started doing what he had said,I found the usb lead for it thankfuly and downloaded the software after loading OVI Store from Nokias website and I had to restart my phone again,after that,I tried it and I managed to get it working again.Today I am waiting in for a City Link delivery that came to me yesterday but I was out when they delivered it,dont know what it will be but It will be a surprise,let you know later what the delivery was.

You did really well sorting your phone out Tulip.

I wish you lived near me I would pay you to come round and show me how to do things like that and for lessons on how to use Twitter and Facebook.

Morning everyone

The Toy story tent was very cool Sheils. I entered it for my niece but my sister bought her a play tent the weekend before i won it!
I gave it to a friend at work for his nephew instead.

I was in a good mood but i just found out my OH didn't get a job he interviewed for last week. He deserved it so much and it's really pee'd me off!!!
I might forget the diet today. It's definitely a chocolate day.

thanks Bishopsgirl,funnily enough the complaints team at Virgin Mobile just rang me up and I said it was all ok now and that I had mended the phone with help from another advisor.

You just reminded me sheils that I was supposed to take DS for swine flu jab, forgot to phone

I just had a letter in to say I was a runner up in Hello comp & won Damages box set :j
I've just had 'Its A wonderful life' dvd delivered too which I ordered. Was sick of trying to win it last year!

Well done katie. I agree with bishopsgirl I'm hopeless with things like that and I can only use facebook for comps!

Just had a scam phone call from Global Computers about viruses. Told him I didn't have a computer - he was totally gobsmacked.

Shame about your OH beckifzg - I've beaten you to it with the chocolate as I've eaten a milka bar from the Scotch tape comp - mmm mm. Thought I would have it while kids aren't too well! (mother of the year award out the window again!) I did give OH a square.

Well done wingo.:j Can't think what Damages is but hope you like it.
Swine flu can be really nasty - never seen anyone as ill as ds last year but the rest of us were hardly ill at all. Luckily he didn't have any other health problems or it could have been really really serious.

I haven't watched it before, just remember entering for the main prize of a tv etc Still happy with my win and looking forward to watching it

Just out of interest, how do you all keep track of which comps you've entered?

Do you just have a simple Excel spreadsheet, or is there something more complex than this? Maybe you don't even keep a record at all?

Please enlighten me - I'm intrigued, especially as I'm forever thinking to myself "Now, have I already entered this one, or not?"
