Nice day here today. Hope it is dry for all you mothers with kids on half term! Have got the last of my holiday washing on the line so fingers crossed it will stay dry.
Wonder how Eviledna got on on the plane with her son who didn't want to fly. Take it she will still be in Turkey.
Got another 3 frusli bars delivered this morning - all red again! (I'm not ungrateful) Have put them away for a breakfast snack for mini cruise as everyone says food is so expensive on the ship.
Going to have a nice walk now as we didn't get out at all yesterday and need to get some excercise to get rid of some holiday fat!

Got a line full of washing out Had planned on taking kids to park but they're too engrossed in the Sarah Jane Adventures. It must be on repeatedly. (Must admit, i'm really getting into it myself! )

I orderd some xmas pressies from amazon which came today but the kids were like vultures wanting to know whats in the box! It's difficult to hide stuff when they're not at school!

Hi to all,
Thought I'd introduce myself as I've been browsing these forums for the past month and following the very helfpul advice contained here.
Started devoting a minimum of an hour a day to entering competitions at the end of September, entering a minimum of 20 competitions per day, up to about 100 on particularly productive days.
I am motivating myself and preventing myself from being put off by the huge odds against winning by setting the end of the year as a target to continue entering 20-100 per day until.
Have been trying very hard to win a new phone, as mine died two months into a two-year contract with Orange and they refuse to replace it, but no luck yet.
Anyway good luck to all, let's hope some wins are just round the corner

Have just had a terrible night! I managed to download a virus (security tool). It made me think it was a windows message with a security warning. I am not at all techie and fell for it. Spent about an hour getting rid of it with the help of my BIL on the phone. OH has poured me a drink to help me recover! I feel really silly but it was so realistic - hope I haven't lost anything as I had to restore laptop to a few days ago.

Glad you manage to restore your pc sheils. I'm not very techie when it comes to it neither.

It's a bit quiet in ere lately. But then again...it's nearing the end of the month!

Hi Shiels I picked a virus up not too long ago through a site I clicked through to on here and it took me agaes to get rid of it.

I alsio had to do a system restore but I didn't lose anyting BUT I did have to do a maintenance on my Avast security thingy to update it all.

Hope you have managed to get rid of it properly now.

Hi Crin,

I am running a scan now on McAfee so fingers crossed! OH been tutting at me. BIL was brill, he was a computer programmer but is out of date now he says. I had been trying to find out if I had won a prize with priority club but if I have they can email me!

Shiels - Hope your laptop is ok, thats the kind of thing I would fall for too.

I managed to finish all the month ending comps yesterday, so I can try to keep up with comps as they are posted for a bit.
I wanted to pop out today, but the pushchair is in the boot of our car with DH, so will have to stay at home in the warm instead.
