still catching up with comps, 117 pages behind and got to do comps ending for all of october! then got to catch up with postals, will take me forever

lo still off school with his chest infection, he started improving yesterday, anti-b's kicked in, still high temp but should be ok for school on monday

Morning all, Friday again. Just realised I had better start thinking about getting comps up to date - just over a week till my hols in Torquay & Burnham on Sea. Hope the weather improves for it! Have got cases out but nothing in them yet.
Good luck for October everyone - think I will have used mine all up for this year so will keep my fingers crossed for everyone else.

Are you there fin? Just a warning not to get excited if you get a box delivered that looks like it might have a bottle in it - its fabric conditioner to test! I know you must do some of the same surveys that I do.

Just thought I would quickly pop my head in and say hello :wave:. I hope everyone is well today and that its not too grey and miserable where you are too.

Royal mail van just came and got really excited when he handed me a large and very heavy parcel, alas it was just some text books DH had ordered :mad:. Nevermind, next time it will be something more exciting I am sure.

I have posted this in the Pet section (Here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2765152), but I know a lot of compers are animal lovers and I really hope you can get involved raising awareness for Jack (if you are not aware already). He is a poor little dog who was starved and abandoned in a blanket on Whitehall doorsteps to die, two weeks ago.

I'm absolutetly sick to death of reading these horrific stories of how so many little animals are tortured and die at the hands of the abominably wicked b****rds... :mad:

I have signed the Petition, and am also following on Facebook.

I'm just feeling so very sad that the poor little love died. He didn't deserve the wicked short life that he had.

Thank you for you lovely post and signing/following on FB. Same here, I read about Jack the other day and haven't stopped thinking about him since, it's absolutely heartbreaking. It's a very upsetting issue and animal abuse stories haunt me for years, I just hope little Jack gets some justice. Hopefully the lovely compers on here will create more signatures
