  • This maybe the wrong place for this but I was wondering if anyone knew what my legal rights are after winning a comp.
I won a recipe comp for xx supermarket in april. The prize was supposed to be a £50 hamper every month for 12 months. To date I've only recieved two. Unfortunately it all goes through a middleman PR company who seem to be bloody useless.
    Any Ideas folks?

How usual is it for people to give their prizes away on the site? I had only just joined when I was pm'd and asked if I wanted a prize as I had commented about it. It wasn't a big prize (about £10s worth) but we enjoyed it and were really pleased.

No idea what your legal rights are but I just keep complaining if things go wrong. Perhaps you could get in touch direct with the supermarket?

Skippycat - I love Karl Pilkington - I think he is one of the funniest people alive - read most of his books & watched everyone of the podcasts at least twice.

Sheils - bad news about your son being home for Xmas but he isn't going to mangage as I am going out to visit him in bermuda over Christmas & new year

NNW - Friday tomorrow (need I say more)
