I'd go with this,as this is much as I post.I think it makes it clearer for everyone plus when the comp is hovered over in page view it is possible to see what site is listed. If this method is used I can give any comp site that is problematic a miss eg "Bliss" always gives me problems.
It is easier to do this if the link clicky is the first line posted.
We all post in different ways though.I think even if the posters name was removed a lot would still be identifiable.

understand what you're saying weeowen, what i mean is this sort of clicky, i can't see the site involved if i hover, have to click into the link to find it out :) (sorry ops , just using these as an example)

Have had email Coca Cola Survey 2 days running deleted first, opened 2nd and am certain its a scam to get your bank details. after the 5 Questions it says it will pay money into your bank if you win then pop up login to your chosen bank comes up. (I chose a bank I didnt use to check it out)

    Dear Sir/Madam,

You have been selected to participate in a public opinion poll conducted
by Coca Cola, a non-partisan polling organization.

The poll is about current events at the national level and your views
about them. It is short and should take you only 5-7 minutes to
complete. All of your answers will be kept strictly confidential and
will be used only for legitimate research purposes.

To take the poll, click on this link:
    www.CocaCola.Co.UK/Survey_Pool/150Pounds/5-7min/Survey.html

Each person taking the poll will win £150
    Thank you for your participation!

    Sincerely,
    Survey Manager

I would say that the email is definitely a phishing scam as I'm sure Coca Cola wouldn't hide a url re-direct to another site

might be a good idea to delete the CocaCola re-direction link from your post so that mser's can't click on the link ;)
  • Hi,
I can't find any reference to the competiton that was on tv (Lorraine) this morning. I can't remember the answer so it's no good me going on to the gmtv site. Anyone see it?

Hope someone helps, but this shouldn't be on the comps board, there's a sticky at the top of the board for questions like this.

Where? I thought this would be the best place to put it.

The competition was posted last week here - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2708251 it runs for 2 weeks.

Really you should ask in the competition disscussion thread which is a sticky at the top of the board.

righto, thanks. I see my error regarding the comp. I forgot it's now 'Daybreak' not gmtv. I've spent ages looking for it!!!

I just had a call from UK Land Agent. He didn't seem very pleased that I didn't want any land! I remember enetering the competition recently, but can't find it on here anymore - was it deleted?
