Have taken a screen print, good idea thanks. It is so disappointing being so close to winning it but not being able to claim it! The form will not submit without my email address.

in what way can't you type your email? not at all or is it the @ symbol? i've heard ppl are having problems with that.
if not, as i was on strongbow when you won i noticed it was very slow so maybe leave it on screen and keep trying

ps if no luck i have the contact details i can pass you from when i won

if it is the @ symbol someone on here gave me a bit of advice one day. You can substitute the @ for a " I think. Give it a go and see if it works

yep ali, on an american keyboard the @ is above the 2. some websites are incorrectly set up. if ever the @ key types a " then press shift + 2

It is the @ symbol. I still have it on screen but it types speech marks when I try every time and it refuses to let me paste in the email address.

It must be set up for an American keyboard config. as they have the @ and " switched round the other way.

Just wanted to ask if this is 'legal' to solicite votes for a comp my daughter has entered to gain vote if viewers think it is good if I post a linnk. Thought I would ask. She has put in loads of video singing effort to do this. Should be uploaded by this evening

I understood that it was OK to ask for votes in the referrals section
