Can someone tell me the rules of posting competitions in brief?

I love competitions and I usually do them on radio station websites, tv websites and other websites -

Is it OK to post details of these - as I will no doubt be pinching loads of your lovely ideas to enter a few and (hopefully) win a few things!

Im always looking for new places to join.

Hello frazzledmummy and welcome to MSE

Please have a read of velvetglove's comping guide here - it's excellent and lets you know how to search to check that competitions aren't already listed so you can begin contributing and posting yourself. It also tells you how the forum works on here.

thanks for the welcome and the help. I was recommended to you by a friend of mine from a womens website which has just started running comps but only one every week.

I look forward to sharing competitions - Its always lovely finding a new one that no-one has seen before - although judging by the amount of threads on here, I could have trouble!!!!

PLEASE HELP.

Can anybody see a question on this comp:-

I just see blank space between "To win a copy of the CD, answer the following question" and the three possible answers (you will need to log in). I emailed subba to query this and they say they can see a question - and are suggesting something is wrong at my end. I would like someone to confirm they also can't see a question before I get back in touch with them.

ETA. Comp now corrected and posted. Thanks Al for the help.

hi not sure where i should be posting this so sorry. i could do with some help i have recieve an email from publishers clearing house and it says that i must fil in the application form attached in order to be in to win £60,000 and i wondered if any one else had had this email or if it was safe to be filling in the form ive obviously entered in to something before. ive had a few emails from various companies who have other competitions that they are offering and when you go on some of there sites they also have competitions should i be entering those aswell?
