A month since I ordered and still no goods, despite an email which said 'it has been dispatched.' Pay Pal asked for information and gave them 10 days after which, with no reply, they refunded my money. (Took about five days, great!)
Update: five weeks now and still no goods, so it's clear they NEVER dispatched anything and lied to me.
I've now ordered the item from China (Chinavasion.com) and hope they are more reliable. At least they give full information on your order and the dispatch dates, and couriers etc. (I've been able to monitor the order at every stage, knowing the product has gone via Korea and Kazakhstan on its way to Europe.)
MY ADVICE IS DO NOT TRUST MAYBELLE HOSPITALITY as you won't get your order unless you are lucky and at the very least will have to wait for more than a month. I doubt they have any stock, but probably order the items from somewhere else when you give them your money.
As they don't reply to emails there's something very suspicious about their operation.
I'm really fed up as the item was a present for someone and now I haven't got it in time.
