I wouldn't worry you either get the item. If you don't open an item not received via paypal and when they cant prove delivery you will be refunded.
Paypal now offer full protection off ebay as well0 -
I would go straight to the Paypal dispute right now.

MCS Law in itself is a consumer claims company so I would steer a very wide berth of them too.
The whole thing reeks of Scam.0 -
Ok, thank you both
I'll go to paypal and hope that they will refund me...

Right I've started a dispute in paypal which seems to be designed to get the buyer and seller talking (no chance of that then!) I have to wait until Wednesday to "escalate it to a claim" (when paypal look into it)..0

The company have now contacted me so hopefully this will all be sorted. Thank you all for your help0

You should have asked them why their contact number is also some claims company.
Amazing what a quick Paypal dispute can do.0 -

Did they send you the item or refund you? I have just paid for something from them and I am a little worried!
Thanks.0 -
This company is one of those that ignores emails when you have a problem. It's now 14 days since I ordered an item from them, and I have asked in two emails over 2 days if they can confirm dispatch.
Total silence.
I guess I will have to phone, but I am getting concerned reading the other posts here.
I have paid by Pay Pal so if the phone call produces no joy I guess I will ask them to get my money back and cancel the order.
Why can't all consumer sites have order tracking and emails confirming dispatch like the best do?
I shan't shop again with this organisation given the fact they ignore emails from customers.0 -
Three weeks now and still no goods from Maybelle Hospitality. And guess what? One phone number rings out permanently with no reply and the other seems to be 'busied out' (permanent engaged).
Following my Pay Pal dispute registration, I finally got an email saying the item 'has been dispatched'. It sounded like they'd only dispatched it that day, two weeks after the order.
I asked by reply the date of dispatch, as I'd asked in the original email.
No reply, yet again.
I notice from my Pay Pal dispute page that they haven't replied to Pay Pal either, over a week after they contacted them, but they have two more days to reply.
It's just not worth the hassle of dealing with incompetent and arrogant companies like this when there's so many others to choose from.
In future I will deal directly with China again as I've had goods delivered after three days from there, at less carriage costs, and being notified regularly about the progress of my order.
In this world the lousy companies are all going to be squeezed out, an excellent thing!0
