Yes. Ignore it.0 -
Yep these tickets are not enforceable , and just useless invoices ! So IGNORE
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
According to a similar thread over on CAG it looks as though ICC Legal Services are taking over from Graham White solicitors/Roxburgh as NCP's "enforcers".What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Is it because GW are completely useless ?
they will be the same toothless wonders of the scammers utd LOL Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?

It could be that dear old Michael Sobell (aka Graham White) is finally retiring. Pepipoo is reporting that he has quit his job with Hackney Council. As he qualified as a solicitor in the early 1960's, he must be over seventy years old. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Please could anyone who gets the letter chain from ICC Legal Services scan or take a pic of all the letters at the end of the scam? Once you're sure they've crawled back under their stone (i.e. after a two month break in the letters that's normally it).
Obviously remove/blank out all personal details, dates, PCN number, location and any barcode/ref. And then post the links to your letter chain as a reply on the sticky thread 'PPC letters/threats, what to expect' here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2214803
Thanks in advance, we need an example of these letters (and yes, they will be no more enforceable than any other debt collector letter for a PPC ticket because the whole business model is built around a scam, taking advantage of the credulous and law-abiding British public and relying on a tenuous claim to a contract).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

And that payment website lists the invoices as "parking fines"
http://www.industrialcredit.co.uk/parkingfines.htm
Indeed they could, the local Greggs is in need of extra income. We also realise that the revenue achieved from these outstanding and mostly overdue penalties could be put to good use within the community that many of these organisations serve
Lots of references to "Fixed Penalty Notices" on that page as well, and the only way to pay is via paypal (after a lovely handling fee is added) if anybody was stupid enough to want to pay.
Maybe because they give their clients a "‘no collection no fee" service the PPCs have started to use them0 -
They also claim the be members of the BPA so that obviously makes them a respected and legitimate company.:rotfl:0

We await the start of proceedings then.
7 days.
Time will tell if their word is their bond.
The logistics of them keeping their word makes it seem doubtful.
As does the nature of the industry.
As does the not so small fact that they have no standing to bring proceedings. Which rather makes their letter look foolish in my opinion.0
