Just got off the phone with them and I had sent the correct bills - they're saying that the 60 days includes the date of the bill. They didn't have an answer for when I asked them if they ask someone to do something within a day, do they expect them to complete it before the question was asked?

Anyway, just to check the numbers. The bill was dated 7th June so (using the site suggested by Lynsey) that gives 60 days as the 6th August, which was the day the special delivery was signed for.

Next stop is a letter before action I think.

What is the exact wording in the cashback ts + cs for your offer regarding the 60 days (maybe shown on the cashback voucher)

AS previously posted, the law is on the side of the customer over the interpretation of the meanings of contract conditions.

The one I am referring to is Ofcom's "condition 23" which was published in March 2009 and came into force on Sept 16th 2009

I'm 100% confident you will get this cashback.................

.................but you will have been very lucky, don't give them an inch next time. BMP's are now acting as bad as Mobiles.co.uk, but as they are a smaller outfit alarm bells should be ringing for any new customer looking for a cashback deal with these - high risk at present, for me anyway.

Letter has gone in the post today, so we'll wait and see and I'll post any updates. Not sure why I've been so slackwith this one as, between myself and OH, I must have sorted out maybe a dozen cashback contracts without any problems.

Have you a postal receipt to prove this as OP has? If not, then you have no proof.
